This is an IDIQ contract providing a rage of services to this IC customer. We built a data focused machine learning product by developing a Graph Neural Network library from scratch to find the relations between different databases from disparate sources, which trained itself on 1600 graph database triples in ~0.04 seconds and made predictions of relations in less than a millisecond, without the use of GPU’s for either training or execution.
