What To Expect

First Contact

You look like a good fit for our company! We try to let our culture shine through in ​​our​ first attempts to contact you. We sometimes use humor to convey it, and if you appreciate that, you're probably a fit for us!

Interview

We want to get to know each other! We'll discuss culture, tech stack, processes, expectations, and your interests and hobbies. 

Day 1

We like celebrating our people! We send all new hires a customized care package during their first week. And that's just getting started!

Fun-gineering

Are you a fun-gineer?

We are a company that deeply values employee experience. As such, we have a voluntary group of "engineers" that get together at least twice a quarter to plan a fun activity for employees, paid by the company: Fun-gineering. We call this group our Fun-gineers! Some idea examples include brewery tours, a golf outing, costume themed events, escape rooms, wine tasting, go karting, etc. Do you have fun ideas? Be a Fun-gineer!
